We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. We accept returns of both full-price and sale items.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Register your return through our return portal
- Pack your return. You may reuse the packaging your order was delivered in. All items must be returned unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Attach your return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest parcel shop.
For your security, we recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.
You, as the customer, bear all costs associated with returning items (postage, customs duties, VAT, fees, etc.).
Returned items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, makeup or perfume stains, damage, or missing tags will be rejected and valued at 0 USD during quality control. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to order a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order on our website.
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns sent to parcel shops are at your own risk and will be automatically returned according to the carrier's rules.
Returns sent outside the EU must include our VAT number DK26987288. It is important to list us as a business recipient (not a private individual) and mark the shipment with “Returned goods—no commercial value.” This is to avoid unnecessary customs and import fees and to ensure proper handling during customs processing.
You are responsible for the item until it is delivered to the delivery address above.
