All orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 AM are normally processed the same day. Shipments do not take place on weekends or public holidays. During periods of increased order volume, extended processing times may occur. STELLA NOVA strives to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days from the order date.

Once the order has been shipped, an order confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email. STELLA NOVA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond STELLA NOVA’s control.

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.

If the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or fails to collect the package within the carrier’s pickup deadline, STELLA NOVA reserves the right to charge a fee of 90 DKK to cover shipping and handling costs.

STELLA NOVA reserves the right to change prices, sell out items, and correct errors in stock status and product information. In the event of out-of-stock items or significant errors affecting the order, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible via email.
