We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. We accept returns of both full-price and sale items.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Register your return through our return portal.
- Pack your return. You may reuse the packaging your order was delivered in. All items must be returned unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Attach your return label to the package or present the QR code at the drop-off location.
A return fee of 35 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
For your security, we recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Returned items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, makeup or perfume stains, damage, or missing tags will be rejected and valued at 0 DKK during quality control. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to order a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order on our website.
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
When shopping online with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email before the deadline that you wish to cancel your purchase. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
