In a suburb of Lima, Peru, a visionary individual has established a women’s cooperative, with which STELLA NOVA has a close and ongoing collaboration. These women, who often face challenges in finding work due to their life circumstances, are given the opportunity to build better lives for themselves and their families.

Our hand-knitted styles are made using traditional techniques to ensure superior quality. All the yarn comes from local alpacas, animals that have been part of the Peruvian Andes for over 6,000 years, providing food, fuel, and fibers to the local communities.
